Ben joined Gavin Associates in January of 2006. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in December 2005. Ben has made strong impact with our product lines and expanding our customer base. Lee Gavin – Vice President of Operations & Co-Owner – Inside Sales
Lee joined Gavin Associates in June of 2010. He graduated from the Quinnipiac University in May 2010 with a degree in Entrepreneurship & Small Business management. With ten years experience with the Gavin Associates, Lee has a strong knowledge of our product lines and our customer base. We are proud to have Lee join our sales team.
Bill Pratt – Operations & Inside Sales
Bill Pratt joined the Gavin team in the Fall of 2000. With over 20 years of experience in the sales and material procurement field, Bill is very customer service oriented and takes great pride in seeing that his customers get exactly what they need for their projects. Cody joined the Gavin Associates team in January 2020. Cody provides strong knowledge across various sectors of the construction industry. With primary focus on the Building Envelope, he is a huge asset in growing the market with polyiso insulation, louvers, metal wall panels, and more!
Paula Gavin – Accounting
Paula joined the team in August of 2015. She has many years of experience in the Accounting Department dealing with everyday business financial needs. Gavin Associates has been privileged enough to have her on board.
