Dennis Gavin
President
Dennis founded Gavin Associates Inc in 1980 after several years in sales and sales management with Gold Bond Building Products, a division of National Gypsum Company. Drawing on his industry expertise and strong relationships within the architectural and construction communities, Dennis built Gavin Associates into a trusted manufacturer’s representative serving the Northeast.
With more than four decades of experience, Dennis continues to guide the company’s strategic vision while supporting key customer and manufacturer partnerships. His leadership, product knowledge, and commitment to exceptional service remain at the foundation of Gavin Associates’ long-standing success.
Ben Gavin
Vice President of Sales & Partner
Territory: NH, VT, ME, RI, Eastern MA, Plattsburgh NY
Ben joined Gavin Associates in 2006 and has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth across the Northeast. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Ben brings nearly twenty years of experience representing architectural building products to architects, contractors, distributors, and subcontractors.
Ben oversees major manufacturer partnerships, leads strategic sales initiatives, and supports customers across multiple states. Known for his strong product knowledge, responsiveness, and unmatched work ethic, Ben continues to be a core part of Gavin Associates’ leadership team.
Lee Gavin
Vice President of Operations & Partner
Inside Sales
Lee joined Gavin Associates in 2010 and has since become a central force in strengthening customer relationships and driving operational efficiency. With extensive experience across all product lines and deep insight into the needs of architects, contractors, distributors, and subcontractors, Lee plays a key role in supporting both sales growth and project execution.
As Vice President of Operations, he oversees inside sales, quoting, and internal workflow management, ensuring seamless communication between customers, manufacturers, and the Gavin Associates team. Lee’s responsiveness, product expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional service continue to make him a trusted resource for partners throughout the Northeast.

Operations & Inside Sales
Bill joined Gavin Associates in 2000 and brings over two decades of experience in sales, material procurement, and customer support. Known for his responsiveness and attention to detail, Bill takes great pride in ensuring every customer receives exactly what they need for their project—on time and with complete accuracy.
As part of the operations and inside sales team, Bill manages quoting, product availability, and day-to-day customer inquiries. His extensive product knowledge and commitment to exceptional service make him a trusted resource for contractors, distributors, and architects throughout the region. When customers need answers quickly, Bill is the go-to contact.
Mike Ganci
Regional Sales Representative
Territories: CT, Western MA, Eastern Upstate NY
Mike joined Gavin Associates in 2024 as our newest Regional Sales Representative, bringing over a decade of construction sales experience throughout Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, and Upstate New York. With a strong deep understanding of the regional market and well-established relationships across the construction industry, Mike plays a key role in expanding our presence and supporting customers in this strategic territory.
Known for his proactive approach and hands-on support, Mike is committed to helping architects, contractors, and distributors find the right solutions for their projects. He is a valuable addition to our growing sales team and a trusted partner for customers in his region.
Ben Lau
Regional Sales Representative
Territories: NYC, New Jersey, Long Island NY
Ben joined Gavin Associates in 2022 and brings extensive construction sales experience and deep local market knowledge across New York City, New Jersey, and Long Island. With strong relationships throughout the region and a detailed understanding of the needs of architects, contractors, and distributors, Ben plays an important role in expanding our presence in one of the most dynamic construction markets in the Northeast.

Cody Nizolek
Building Façade Specialist
Cody joined Gavin Associates in 2020 and brings strong cross-sector experience from the construction industry, with a specialized focus on the building envelope. His technical knowledge and hands-on field perspective make him an invaluable resource for customers seeking support on façade systems, polyiso insulation, louvers, metal wall panels, and related architectural products.
As a Building Façade Specialist, Cody plays a key role in driving product awareness, providing technical guidance, and supporting project teams throughout the design and construction process. His expertise and commitment to customer success continue to help grow the façade and envelope segment across our territory.

Accounting & Finance
Paula joined Gavin Associates in 2015 and brings extensive experience in accounting and day-to-day financial operations. She oversees billing, receivables, and financial administration with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring smooth internal processes and reliable support for our customers and partners. Greg supports the daily operations of Gavin Associates through quoting, order management, and logistics coordination.
