We are eager to work closely with the contractor base not only after they are awarded the project but prior to bidding as well when the technical assistance is even more critical.
We review plans and specs with the contractor and discuss specific connections, various window and door framing along with the wind load conditions involved. This will allow us to assist the contractor with the stud selection and connection details that may be required on their specific project. This should help give the contractor a better understanding of his labor and material cost prior to bidding the project.
