Challenge

A tight job schedule combined with difficult job site conditions made this a challenging project. Communication and quick turn around on steel orders was critical for this project.


Solution

By working closely with both the framing contractor and our engineer, Sabbagh Associates, we were able to furnish the shop drawings ahead of schedule allowing the steel orders to be entered that much quicker. Of course having our local Dietrich plant process the orders and turn them around quickly for a prompt and on time delivery was a huge plus as well.


Benefit

Together with the time saved on both the engineering and the subsequent delivery of the required steel orders we were able to save some valuable time on this project.
