Challenge

This was a large multi story LGMF project with limited job site storage making smaller on time deliveries a must. The job also called for a multitude of framing details, some areas were framed slab to beam, others called for run by framing and in some cases the job called for radius curtain wall framing as well.

Solution

Having a local Dietrich plant in Lunenburg, Ma was critical in servicing the project with several on time deliveries. Our engineer, Sabbagh Assoc was also able to meet the design requirements on the job using several different flange sizes and in some cases Dietrich deflection clips to secure the LGMF back to the structural steel beams.

Benefit

The limited on site space for stocking material was almost made irrelevant due to our local Dietrich plant servicing the job with several smaller on time deliveries. In addition our experienced engineering staff was able to meet the specific design requirements utilizing the most cost effective methods to help save the contractor in both time and material.
